Built for the people who build and remodel homes

Whether you manage a client's budget or your own, you get one source, one price and one delivery plan for the finishes.

  • General contractors and buildersManaging finish scope for a homeowner and needing dependable pricing and delivery dates, from one supplier instead of six.
  • Interior designersSelecting finishes across kitchens, baths and whole homes, with physical samples and one point of contact for the order.
  • ArchitectsSpecifying early and needing pricing and delivery dates that survive contact with procurement.
  • DIY remodelers and flippersDoing your own remodel or flipping houses? Buy a complete kitchen or bath bundle, or only the pieces you need.

Your client stays your client

For GCs, designers and architects, a project you bring us stays yours.

When your client contacts us directly about the same job, we'll tell you, and we won't quote them below the price we gave you. Trade partners bring us repeat work, and we'd rather earn that than undercut it.

Remodeling or flipping your own?

Send us your rooms, your budget and your timeline. We'll recommend a bundle tier or just the pieces you need, quote one clear price shopped across our global network, and ship direct to your jobsite.

Flipping for resale? The Budget and Performance tiers keep the cost per kitchen low while holding up to daily use.

Who is shopping for your project?

Most finish sources are built around a catalog. We are built around your project.

A showroom shows its brands

A showroom or dealer represents a short list of lines. What you see is what they stock or what pays them best, and that may not be what fits the home.

A website sells what it stocks

Online stores ship what is in the warehouse. Matching cabinets, counters, floors and fixtures across vendors, and lining up the delivery dates, is left to you.

Prices and dates keep moving

Finishes are chosen early and bought late. In between, prices shift and products get discontinued. Someone has to keep checking the market, and that someone is us.

Independent by design

We work for you, not for a product line.

House brand
None

We don't manufacture, so there's no inventory we need to move and no line we're paid to push.

Exclusive vendors
None

No single catalog decides what you're offered. If a product doesn't fit your project, we don't recommend it.

Global network
50+

Vetted manufacturers around the world, shopped on your behalf for quality, price and delivery date.

Many suppliers in this space earn their margin selling their own product or one vendor's catalog, so the recommendation starts with what they need to sell. Ours starts with your home. We'd rather earn your next project than maximize this one.

Bundle it or buy by the item

Start with a complete room or choose only the pieces you need. Each bundle brings flooring, cabinets, countertops, and sinks and faucets together from across our global network, in the same four tiers as our developer programs. You pick a tier, then pick style and color once sizing is confirmed.

Specifications above are representative of each tier and are confirmed against your plans at quote. The illustrations show one example finish per tier. You choose door style and color once sizing is confirmed. Cabinets ship ready-to-assemble (flat-pack) by default, which keeps freight and cost down, and assembled delivery is available at added cost. Prefer to buy by the item? Tell us what you need and we'll quote just those pieces.

Price match guarantee

Price should never be the reason you look elsewhere. If another supplier offers a lower price, we'll match it.

What we match

  • The product price.
  • Bundles and individual items alike.

What it doesn't cover

  • Delivery fees.
  • Taxes.
  • Installation fees.

How it works

Five steps from first email to material on site. You talk to one person and we do the shopping.

  1. Send us the project

The location, the rooms, the style you have in mind and the target start date. Plans and a finish schedule help but aren't required to begin.

  2. Choose a bundle or individual items

Take a Kitchen-in-a-Box or Bathroom-in-a-Box tier, or tell us the pieces you need. We'll say candidly what fits the budget, including when that means a lower tier.

  3. We shop the global network

We go to our 50+ manufacturers for the best quality, price and delivery date, then come back with options and one clear price. No single catalog decides what you see.

  4. Choose style and color

Once sizing is confirmed, you select door styles and finishes. We send physical samples before anything goes into production.

  5. We ship to the jobsite

We take title to the goods and ship direct from the manufacturer to the site. One point of contact for the whole order instead of six vendors and six delivery calendars.

What we source

Bought as a bundle or one item at a time. We can source well beyond these categories, but these are the specialties where our global network is strongest.

Flooring

Luxury vinyl plank, rigid core SPC, engineered hardwood, porcelain and ceramic tile, carpet and carpet tile.

Cabinets

Framed and frameless, shaker and slab, particleboard through all-MDF construction, KCMA certified. Ships flat-pack or assembled.

Countertops

Quartz across standard and upgraded groups, sintered stone, natural stone, cultured marble, and laminate.

Plumbing fixtures

Stainless, composite, and vitreous ceramic sinks, faucets, toilets, shower systems, and bath accessories in every major finish.

Doors

Interior slab and pre-hung, solid core and hollow core, glass and panel styles, with hardware.

Something else?

If you have a product in mind, tell us and we'll shop the global network for it.

The finish library

A sample of the range we source across kitchens and baths. Colors and patterns shown are representative. We match to your selections and send physical samples before anything goes into production. Request samples.

This is a selection, not the whole catalog. Full quartz, marble, granite, LVT and cabinet finish guides are available on request, and we source well beyond what's shown here. Natural stone varies from slab to slab, so samples are confirmed before production.

Questions we get

What does SurfacePros do for home projects?

SurfacePros is an independent national supplier of interior finishes. A general contractor, interior designer, architect or do-it-yourself remodeler or flipper contacts us, chooses a Kitchen-in-a-Box or Bathroom-in-a-Box bundle or individual items, and we shop our global network of 50+ manufacturers for the best quality, price and delivery date. We take title to the goods and ship direct from the manufacturer to the jobsite.

Do you sell your own product line?

No. We don't manufacture, and we aren't tied to an exclusive vendor. Many suppliers in this space earn their margin by selling their own line or a single brand's catalog, so their recommendation starts with what they need to sell.

Ours starts with your project. We shop a global network of 50+ vetted manufacturers on your behalf and bring back the combination that best meets the quality standard, the budget and the schedule. If a product doesn't fit, we won't push it. Our goal is a long-term partnership, not the biggest possible margin on a single order.

Who do you work with on home projects?

General contractors and builders, interior designers, architects, and do-it-yourself remodelers and flippers. Professionals bring us their clients' projects, and homeowners and investors bring us their own.

I'm a DIY remodeler or flipper. Can I order from you?

Yes. Send us the rooms, your budget and your timeline. We'll recommend a bundle tier or individual items, quote one clear price and ship direct to your jobsite, with physical samples before anything goes into production. Minimums depend on the project, so tell us what you're planning. We supply the materials but don't install them, so plan on your own installer, or ask us about local installation.

Is there a minimum order?

Ask us. Our developer programs start at 50 units because that pricing depends on volume. A home project is different, so tell us what you're planning and we'll tell you honestly what we can do.

Do home projects get the same savings as your developer programs?

No. Developer pricing comes from volume across 50 or more units, and its savings target does not apply to individual homes. For a home, our value is different. We shop 50+ manufacturers on your behalf for the best combination of quality, price and delivery date, and we bring back one clear price that is backed by our price match guarantee.

Do you offer a price match?

Yes. If another supplier offers a lower price, we will match the product price. The guarantee does not apply to delivery fees, taxes or installation fees.

What happens if my client contacts you directly?

Your client stays your client. If you bring us a project and your client contacts us directly about the same job, we'll tell you, and we won't quote them below the price we gave you.

Can I buy individual items, or only a full bundle?

Individual items are fine. Tell us the pieces you need and we'll quote them. A bundle is the simplest way to coordinate flooring, cabinets, countertops, and sinks and faucets for a room.

Can I choose my own finishes?

Yes. Once sizing is confirmed you choose door styles and finishes from the library, or send us selections to match. We send physical samples before anything goes into production.

Where do you deliver?

Anywhere in the United States. Our global network ships direct to the jobsite.

Do you handle installation?

Only on request. We supply the materials, and most projects use the owner's own builder, contractor or installer. If you need installation, ask us. We contract it locally in your market rather than run a national crew, so it needs lead time.

Send us the project.

No discovery call required. Tell us the rooms, the style and your budget, and we'll come back with options and a price.
